1. Who can use Sugarly

Sugarly is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We may ask you to verify your age and identity, and we remove accounts that misrepresent either.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and the security of your login. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

Sugarly is a community for genuine connections. You agree not to post explicit content, solicit or offer commercial services, harass other members, impersonate anyone, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Full expectations are set out in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms.

4. Content and moderation

Profiles and photos are reviewed before they appear and may be removed at any time if they breach these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that put the community at risk.

5. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

6. Liability

Sugarly provides a platform for adults to meet; we do not vet members beyond the checks described, and you interact with other members at your own judgement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
