1. What we collect

Account details (email), profile information you choose to share (name, birthdate, photos, bio, preferences, location at city level), verification data, and usage data needed to run the service (likes, matches, messages, reports).

2. How we use it

To operate Sugarly: showing your profile to compatible members, creating matches, delivering messages, verifying identity, moderating content, and keeping the community safe. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations (age verification, safety), and where we have a legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe. Verification documents are processed with your explicit consent and are never shown to other members.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account from Settings erases your personal data, except records we must retain for legal or safety reasons, which are kept only as long as required.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers inside access-controlled environments. Photos live in private storage and are only served to authenticated members after approval.
